Welcome to Grizzly Rooster Feathers Empire ("Grizzly Rooster", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting grizzlyfeatherempire.com (the "Website") or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Us

We are a small handmade business offering feather hair extensions, bonded DIY kits, bulk and wholesale hair feathers, craft feathers, feather hair clips, handmade jewelry, resin art and hair extension supplies. Our products are hand-dyed and handcrafted in small batches.

2. Products and Descriptions

• Feathers are natural products. Length, shape, color, patterns and fluffiness vary from feather to feather.
• Hand-dyed items and one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces may differ slightly from photos. Screen settings can also change how colors appear.
• Listings marked "WYSIWYG" are sold exactly as pictured. Listings marked "flawed" or "scrap" may contain visible imperfections and are priced accordingly.
• Bulk and wholesale pack quantities and sizes are approximate ranges as described in each listing.

3. Orders and Booking

You can place an order or inquiry through the contact form, email, or the "Book Now" WhatsApp button. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and confirm availability and total price. We may decline or cancel any order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud), in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Custom and Hand-Dyed Orders

Custom dye and color requests are made to order. We will do our best to match your request, but exact shades cannot be guaranteed. Custom orders may take longer to prepare and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes or duties unless stated. Payment must be completed using the payment method we confirm with you before your order ships. Wholesale pricing applies only to qualifying bulk listings or arrangements agreed with us.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer free delivery on orders over $75 within the USA. Smaller orders and international orders are charged shipping as quoted at the time of order.
• Orders are hand-packed and usually shipped within a few business days; custom orders may take longer.
• Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees.
• Please provide a correct address. We are not liable for parcels lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or significantly different from its description, and include photos.
• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was our error.
• For hygiene reasons, feathers, clips, beads and other hair products that have been opened, installed or used cannot be returned. Custom-dyed, "WYSIWYG", flawed and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Safe Use of Products

• Hair feather extensions and DIY kits should be applied following the instructions provided. If you are unsure, seek a professional stylist.
• Feathers and hair extension products are not intended for children under 14 without adult supervision. Small parts (beads, crimps, clips) are a choking hazard.
• Do not expose feathers or resin items to open flame or excessive heat. Avoid use if you have a known allergy to feathers, metals or resin.
• Resin art ashtrays and dishes are decorative items; use them responsibly and only in accordance with the laws where you live.
• We are not liable for damage to hair, skin or property resulting from improper use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, photographs, product designs, logos and graphics, belongs to Grizzly Rooster or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our content or handmade designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape data, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grizzly Rooster is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. The Website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.
